I’m struck by a couple of examples in today’s reading that represent the very rare exception for lying… to protect innocent life such as the Hebrew midwives did and how Moses’ mom & sister saved him as a baby. Great article included in today’s reading. It’s about slavery & the Founders & I think you’ll find it very interesting.
