What first got you interested in Patriot Academy?
A good friend of mine encouraged me to attend!
Was the experience what you had expected? Why or why not?
No. It was so much better! The amazing friendships I made will forever be a part of my life. Patriot Academy developed a confidence in my beliefs that is absolutely incredible.
Has Patriot Academy changed the direction where you see your life heading?
Patriot Academy showed me how important the arena of politics is. It encouraged me to be more aware and involved.
What particular skills did Patriot Academy teach you that you are using today?
Through my time at Patriot Academy, my confidence greatly increased so that I can stand up for my beliefs in a Godly way.
What opportunities and/or connections came as a result of Patriot Academy?
Because of Patriot Academy’s hands-on training, I had the skill and ability to serve as the Majority Leader during my school’s mock legislature!
What was the most important thing you learned at Patriot Academy?
My time at Patriot Academy showed me that even though I’m young, my opinions matter and I can make a difference. The communication skills that I developed there have made it possible for me to effectively deliver my beliefs in a Godly way.
