Imagine adding a few thousand dollars per month to your budget for promoting & conducting your Constitution Classes. Your Coach Commission can be $2,500 per small business (10 or fewer employees during Covid), $5,000 per medium business (11 to 25 employees during Covid), and even more for large businesses.

Time is of the essence. This program is short term and believe it or not, Congress will eventually be forced to stop writing blank checks. While the technical IRS deadlines for a 941-X, for the relevant periods, are April 15, 2024 and April 15, 2025, this unique program could be zeroed out by Congress at any time! That is why its so prudent to get the ERC’s processed as soon as possible. As a Coach introducing your contacts to the ERC, we urge you to do so as soon as you can in order to have as many of your contacts receive the ERC as possible.
Simple Steps to Participate:
1. Fill out the form above and receive a referral code via email that you will then give to any client you send our way.
2. All you need to start sending clients our way is the referral code. Send your contacts to www.PatriotAcademy.com/ERC where they can learn about the program and apply. Give them the link and your referral code. If they forget to enter the code, don’t worry, we’ll have redundancies and checks and balances that will make sure you get your commission.
3. As a backup to make sure you get credit for the referral, send a quick email to [email protected] with a short note giving him the name of the entity and their contact information, along with your name and your referral code, and make sure you use the email for your Coach account.
4. At some point in the coming weeks, if you are not already a Certified or Lifetime Coach, you will need to become one and fill out the commission paperwork such as the W-9 and ACH info to receive your commissions (this step is NOT necessary for you to start reaching out to potential clients and sending them the link to get their application started; but it does have to be completed before you can receive your commission payment).
5. Learn more about the program. If you plan to introduce a lot of clients (and earn a lot of commissions), spend time on these ERC pages learning the program and then attend any informational webinars Patriot Academy has for coaches. The more you can answer questions of potential clients, the more likely they will complete this process…earning you commissions and earning Patriot Academy significant donations.

Of course. The challenge is that the ERC credit is taken on your payroll returns and not through your business income tax returns, which is what most CPA’s handle. Because of this, most CPA’s don’t process this credit, unless they process your payroll in house. This is also a big reason why this credit is so underutilized. Since CPA’s don’t typically handle it and they are the tax experts, it has mostly fallen in a middle ground where few are able to effectively process the credit. Interestingly, we receive a large portion of our clients from CPA’s.
Yes. The Taxpayer Certainty and Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2020, enacted December 27, 2020, modified the ERC credit rules. One of the modifications included allowing a company to have a PPP loan and still take advantage of the ERC credit. However, you can’t use the same dollar for dollar funds. We take this into account when processing your ERC credit.
Yes! There are two possible qualifications for 2020: revenue reduction, or a “full or partial shutdown of your business due to COVID-19”. Specifically the IRS describes this as “A government authority required partial or full shutdown of your business during 2020 or 2021. This includes your operations being limited by commerce, inability to travel or restrictions of group meetings.” Below are several examples of qualifying events:
Maybe. Wages of owners who have majority ownership, defined as over 50%, do not qualify, nor do the W2 wages of any immediate family members of the owner. In the case an owner has less than 50% ownership, their W2 wages qualify, as do the W2 wages paid to immediate family members.

Eligible Employers for the purposes of the Employee Retention Credit are those that carry on a trade or business during calendar years 2020/2021, including a tax-exempt organization, that either:

No. This is not a loan. It’s a refundable tax credit sent in a form of a check.
This is not a lending program – tax refunds are issued by the US Treasury. Therefore, all eligible employers will receive the funds. The time frame to apply for these IS limited.
The ERC credit is not considered income for federal income tax purposes, but you must reduce any deductible wage expenses by the amount of the credit. Please provide the credit information to your CPA for tax purposes.
