Several thoughts on today’s reading:
- Restitution to those we’ve wronged. Is there anyone wronged, even decades ago, that we can make it right today?
- That sure is a weird adultery test in Ch. 5 and some scholar with more knowledge than me will have to explain it!
- John Langdon was involved in nearly every part of our Founding, yet he is not well known at all today. Perhaps his greatest contribution (even more than the Constitution and Bill of Rights) was as a founder and VP of the American Bible Society.
